Fast-growing Pattersons Commercial Law has expanded its team with the appointment of Almina Robinson as an assistant corporate solicitor.
Almina joins Pattersons Commercial Law from Shakespeare Martineau, where she was an assistant corporate solicitor, working with partners on share sales, purchases, asset sales and purchases and company secretarial matters.
Almina is also experienced in working with support lawyers from other disciplines such as employment, commercial property, banking and tax.
At Pattersons Commercial Law, Almina will be working on a mixture of corporate and commercial work including investment transactions and company restructures as well as share and asset sales.

Pattersons Commercial Law recently opened its new offices on Pear Tree Business Park, Ratby.
